Grandmaster Ladan's unique signature Combat Do is a mixture of Taekwondo and self-defense with weight exercises. Employing cross-training and total body training routines used by combat athletes in martial arts, boxing and kickboxing, this high intensity class is lightened up by upbeat rhythmic music. Class exercises change weekly to achieve maximum results through various methods and styles
